Job Requirements

  1. Diploma/ND/HND in Diploma/ND/HND in Catering and hotel management or related programme with a minimum of 4 years work experience in commercial food preparation, including two years in a supervisory capacity.
  2. Applicant should have Trade certification, certification from a recognised culinary institute and certification as a Certified Chef.
  1. Ability  to analyze operating costs and  other data and  maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
  2. Ability to Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food, supervise activities, demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers
  3. Ability to Create new recipes, prepare and cook meals or specialty foods and plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  1. Applicant must be able to provide two proof of identity documents. (NIN, Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Driver’s License, International passport or any other government-issued identification)
  2. Applicant should be able to communicate in English fluently, possess good writing skills,
