Job Competency Requirement

  1. Ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
  2. Ability to create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn), ensuring alignment with brand messaging and positioning.
  3. Ability to implement social media advertising campaigns, as required, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  4.  Ability to design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance client relationships.
  5. Ability to drive revenue growth by identifying, generating and converting leads through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
  6. Ability to utilize analytics to monitor and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and emerging digital marketing technologies to provide insights to enhance the organization’s competitive positioning.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2 years proven experience as a Digital Marketer, with a track record of successful campaigns and lead generation.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and social media platforms.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
